With a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from CSU Dominguez Hills, he has honed his understanding of human movement and applied it to his personal passion for bodybuilding. His dedication led him to achieve a NASM certification in personal training, further equipping him to guide clients through their health and fitness journeys. Dedicated to the mission of fostering healthy and joyful living, Keenan combines his extensive knowledge with his experience in bodybuilding to create tailored fitness plans for his clients. His approach is all-encompassing, designed to help individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels achieve their personal health and fitness aspirations. Off the gym floor, Keenan stays active with a love for basketball and continuously expands his expertise in health and wellness.     Clayton's 12-year journey in fitness is marked by a multifaceted education and an array of competitive experiences. His tenure as a student and teacher in the fitness industry is complemented by his achievements as a bodybuilding and powerlifting competitor, and a track and field sprinter. His academic pursuit, culminating in a BA in Psychology, underpins his holistic approach to personal training. This blend of psychological insight and practical expertise is what defines Clayton’s role at South Bay Trainer. He guides members toward their fitness milestones with empathy and an understanding that is both seasoned and dynamic. Serving a broad clientele online and in-person at the Torrance and Redondo Beach locations, Clayton tailors his approach to each individual's journey, ensuring a personalized and effective fitness experience.
