About Us

Josh Sola

Josh created South Bay Trainer with the dream of offering professional, affordable fitness training to the community.  Life long South Bay resident and 80lb weight loss success story he is one of the most knowledgeable professionals around. 


With a background in nutrition, body building, weight loss and rehabilitation he is always there to guide our team and teach us everything there is to know about wellness. 

Clayton

Clayton has been a student/teacher in the fitness industry for the past 12 years. Keeping his body moving pain-free is his highest priority. His passion for exercise and nutrition science energizes his body, mind, and soul. He loves the outdoors, running through the woods with his fur baby. After he spends his body’s fuel, He will restore it with rest and the comforts of his home(including the couch and Netflix). He loves to share his knowledge with others. The techniques he has learned can help people in all aspects of life. One’s body should be cherished, and we should treat it that way. He hopes to be able to move as long as he lives and strive to share that energy with those around him. 

He's a certified personal trainer through National Academy of sports and medicine. His clients are diverse in age, life style, and goals. Strength and weight loss are the more common of the requested programming. Though exercise is important, he is able to advise in nutrition as well due to the importance of recovery and optimal performance. He loves to learn, adapt, and overcome.

Terrion

 Husband, father and athlete in multiple sports for his whole life AFI certified trainer, and UFC Vet; Terrion has been with SBT since 2014 and worked with hundreds of clients on all kinds of goals.  


 Terrion is a weight loss success story having lost 45 lbs after being sidelined for a year due to knee injury. After falling in love with fitness and mixed martial arts Terrion became passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals and living a healthy life. 

Keenan

Keenan's passion for health and fitness first lead him to graduate from CSU Dominguez Hills with a BA in Kinesiology before striving further to complete his NASM certification in personal training. 


Keenan has trained with us since 2015, don't let his happy demeanor fool you, he gives out tough workouts every session! After recovering from a ruptured patella in 2016 he found a new found passion in rehabilitation and works with his loyal client base on many different fitness goals.
