Owner/Lead Trainer

Josh has 3 different National Certifications; NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association), NCSF (National Council of Strength & Fitness), NCEP (National College of Exercise Professionals). After having gone through an 80lb. weight loss himself, Josh decided to dedicate himself to helping others achieve their own fitness goals.

Terrion

Lead Trainer

Husband, father and athlete in multiple sports for his whole life including football, baseball, basketball, soccer, and track & field. AFI (American Fitness Institute) certified trainer, and professional mixed martial arts fighter. Terrion is a weight loss success story having lost 45 lbs after being sidelined for a year due to knee injury. After falling in love with fitness and mixed martial arts Terrion became passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals and living a healthy life style.

Tylor

Trainer

Tylor's love of fitness began in high school from playing basketball, and then a few years later she fell head over heels for Crossfit. She now participates competitively in the sport and has been involved in a number of tournaments. After realizing her calling Tylor began pursuing a career in fitness. Because of her experience in Crossfit, she has a unique understanding of full body techniques and high intensity training to help her clients achieve their goals.

Keenan

Trainer

Keenan's passion for health and fitness first lead him to graduate from CSU Dominguez Hills with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology before striving further to complete his NASM certification in personal training. Keenan's goal is to help others lead a healthy and happy lifestyle, he is able to incorporate his personal experience and background in bodybuilding to help anyone reach their health and fitness goals. When he isn't training or working out he enjoys playing basketball and learning even more about health and wellness.

Trainer

Kyle graduated from Cal State Northridge with a BA in Kinesiology and is nationally certified through NESTA. Kyle combines his sports conditioning background with functional strength movements to help clients reach their strength and fitness goals. In his free time he likes to read, hike, travel and play sports.

Stephanie

General Manager

Stephanie may not be a trainer, but she is one of the most valuable members of the SBT Team. Stephanie is the office manager and book keeper of our gym. If you inquire, call or come in for a consultation, you will be greeted with a friendly smile and any information you need.
